This solution has won, as expected, many followers among small and medium enterprises (SMEs), as there are not necessary advanced knowledge of EDI or Information technology for the operation.


EDI translation services

Since most companies on the Romanian market are already benefiting from services of import / export documents, but do not own EDI utilities, it was necessary to achieve the integration of electronic communications without implementing an alternative mechanism. For this reason, a series of translation services from EDI format to input/output format and from input/output format to EDI format is performed through a translator installed on the client station.

Given the nature of the translator, this service charge a higher cost than the Web, but instead, provide a high degree of independence for the company using it.


Electronic Invoice

Electronic invoice solution offered by us is in accordance with national and European legislation, Law No. 571/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code of Romania together with the methodological norms and recommendations of the European Commission 1994/820/EC. Generation, transmission and reception of messages is done through electronic data interchange - EDI type and the actual dematerialization of fiscal documents, through their legal electronic archiving.

According to fiscal law, commercial partners will sign an agreement to this effect and are required to generate and archive in classic format only summarizing document for the evidence of submitted invoices via EDI, document generated automatically by the application and made available to users at the end of each month.

Fiscal electronic messaging via TECNET:

1. Signature interchange agreement. Trading partners as required by tax law (Law No. 571/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code), sign an agreement
    that acknowledge and agree the electronic exchange of fiscal documents.
2. Data entry in electronic invoice system interface.
    - Taken directly from the company management information system, if the client requested integration with internal applications
    - Imported in the form of XLS or XML files
    - Manually entered into the interface
3. Generating data formats. The application generates EDI format standard message and appropriate readable pdf format and data formats are
    automatically downloaded into a buffer zone of the application, notifying users of data existence in the portal.
4. Validation and signing the documents by the issuer. The issuer validates the message through signing the pdf format document with
    electronic signature, based on the qualified digital certificate purchased from an supplier authorized by MCSI in conformance to law 455/2001.
5. Document Archiving for the issuer. Pdf document signed and validated by the issuer is automatically taken by the archiving system and
    archived for issuer according to law 135/2001.
6. Filling issuer’s slip. A summary document in the agreed format by the client shall be deposited in the portal and assigned users are notified of
    its existence for classic, paper printing and archiving, as required by law 571/2003.
7. Download invoice by the recipient
8. Validation and signing of documents by the recipient. Pdf format of the data message is automatically taken to the application buffer area to
    which recipient has access and he is notified by mail of its existence. The recipient validates the pdf format through signing with electronic
    signature.
9. Archiving invoice for the recipient. Pdf document signed and validated by the issuer is automatically taken into the archiving system and
    archived for issuer, in accordance to law 135/2001.

                              

Electronic archiving

COMTEC NET is an authorized service provider of electronic archiving in accordance with law 135/2007 on archiving documents electronically.
Necessary authorization and accreditation have been obtained under orders of the Ministry of Communications and Information Society, no. 475/08.06.2010 and 834/04.08.2010 respectively.

eArchive service offers COMTEC NET customers the opportunity to archive electronic documents in accordance with legal requirements, sparing them from the high costs associated with investment and operating related to their own implementation of such solutions and the need to fulfill the legal and technological requirements for accreditation as administrator for electronic archive and authorizing data center for hosting it.

TECNET uses for webcast the most efficient solution in the world: Verisign Secure Site Service. VeriSign SSL Certificates are the most powerful method of encryption available for commercial or private electronic transactions for public services.

SSL certificate guarantees the identity of a website and allows you to use secure https protocol to protect the transmission of information in the online environment, ensuring the security of the communication with its users.


EDI Integration Services

Integration services are offered additional to those web, for the companies that want integration of EDI electronic messaging with the flows implemented into the ERP application used in the company. In most cases, companies prefer that an order received from a retail partner to be automatically directed in the sales automation system which means that without human intervention, the document is managed through the interface where people are already accustomed.

This service is immediately following step of Web applications and allows the integration of EDI communications with partners in the retail market.


EDI data aggregation services

By TECNET partners can communicate whatever format they use for information transmitting or formats that they need to reception for integrating data in the internal management applications. Messages may come from trading partners in any format (EDI, Excel, CSV); our application processes the information you and submit them in a unified format, tailored to your requirements or enter them directly into the company's ERP application.

EDI Stations

EDI stations are stand-alone applications that are installed to the client who enjoys the opportunity to trade ie receive / read or compose / send messages directly in EDIFACT / EANCOM ® standardized format. This type of connectivity offers independence to the connected company from utilities of a third party operator who provides EDI translation / composition services (eg a EDI web-based applications). Like Web applications, EDI stations benefit from the facilities such as automatic filling, verification and authorization for sending documents.


Drumond Certified AS2 connection

COMTEC NET implemented and uses a Drumond Certified AS2 server. AS2 is a specification for the electronic exchange of data between companies using the HTTP Internet protocol, created by EDIINT working group to develop secure standards for business communications.

AS2 solution provides security transfer, authenticity of the source and message integrity through encryption and digital signature. Another important feature is non repudiation - recipient of a message is impossible to deny its reception. AS2 standard allows businesses to eliminate the complications and costs involved in using different transfer protocols by using a single communication solution.
